RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Bejoyland, we want your shopping experience to be stress-free and enjoyable. We want you to shop confidently knowing we’re here to support you from the moment you place your order to the time it reaches your hands. While we aim to delight you with every order, we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Here’s everything you need to know:

Refunds

Our products are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we’ll resolve the issue promptly—either by sending a replacement or refunding your payment. Reach out to us at sales@bejoyland.com with clear photos of the issue, and our team will act swiftly to find a solution.

If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the item, and the original payment method will be credited. Please keep in mind that delivery fees, discounts, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For security reasons, we cannot refund to a different card or account.

Please be aware that:

  • To be eligible for a refund all items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. This includes the clear plastic wrapping of ribbons and the protective layers on stickers.
  • Items missing parts, damaged after receipt, showing signs of use, or returned in non-original packaging cannot be refunded.
  • We cannot process refunds, exchanges, or replacements after 14 days of receiving your product, so please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bejoyland.com if needed.

At the same time, digital products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.

Return Costs

Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the ordered product itself. However, please be aware that shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Additionally, please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items.

Damaged Items

We know how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged or defective product. If this happens, email us at sales@bejoyland.com with photos or videos showing the issue. We’ll review each situation individually to determine the most appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please note that slight color or shade variations may occur due to differences in screen settings across devices. While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible on our website, some variations may be unavoidable. Therefore, slight color or shade variations are not grounds for return.

Important Reminders

  1. Address Errors. To prevent delivery issues, be sure to double-check your address when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, or you’ve moved after your order has been shipped and the shipping confirmation has been sent, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to make changes or provide a refund. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can intervene early.
  2. Shipping Delays. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur during transit. While we understand the frustration, we cannot refund or cancel trackable orders still in transit. For significantly delayed items, we’ll work with carriers to investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Unreceived Packages. If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but hasn’t arrived, contact your local postal service and provide us with formal affidavit confirming the package was lost, stolen, or undelivered. While we can’t refund in these cases, we’ll do our best to send a replacement.
  4. Credit Card Refunds Delays: Refunds may take time to reflect in your account due to banking processes. If you’ve checked with your bank and credit card provider but haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@bejoyland.com for further assistance.
