SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking information. You will see the exact shipping cost after entering the shipping address in checkout.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Orders only ship on business days wich are Monday – Friday.

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 5 PM EST.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur during transit. While we understand the frustration, we cannot refund or cancel trackable orders still in transit. For significantly delayed items, we’ll work with carriers to investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Unreceived Packages

If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but hasn’t arrived, contact your local postal service and provide us with formal affidavit confirming the package was lost, stolen, or undelivered. While we can’t refund in these cases, we’ll do our best to send a replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we ship to the US and Canada only.

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. All orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Your order will arrive 4-7 days after the order is placed.

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest: Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges.

Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
