Your Bejoyland neck trainer is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser. This device has been designed and manufactured with precision and care, undergoing thorough inspection before shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty reflects our confidence in the durability and quality of our product. It provides assurance of dependable performance for years to come. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to items purchased directly from our official store website bejoyland.com. Products purchased secondhand or through unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage under any circumstances.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the following components, which have an unlimited service life:
- Steel spring;
- Steel cord;
- Oxidized aluminum carabiners;
- Plastic buckle;
- Neck harness made of polyester ribbons with dry zip patches;
- Polyester ribbon with a loop at the end.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- Device failure resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the owner.
- Normal wear and tear, particularly of non-durable components such as the elastic rubber band, which is subject to periodic replacement. The recommended replacement frequency is once a year.
To ensure optimal performance, we recommend following all usage and care guidelines provided with the product.
Fulfillment of Warranty Obligations
