Synergy Block: “Why You Need Both”

Using the trainer alone gives you the tool, but the video guide gives you the blueprint. Here is how they work together to transform your posture:

1. Guided Warm-up: Prepare your neck muscles and calm your nervous system with mindful autogenic relaxation.
2. Patented Resistance: Build deep stabilizer strength using the progressive tension bands of your Necky trainer.
3. Restorative Stretching: Use the advanced 6-step PNF video sequences to reset tight, rigid muscle knots safely and permanently.
4. Not a Posture Corrector You Wear: Passive posture correctors — braces that pull your shoulders back, or devices that buzz when you slouch — hold a position from the outside without strengthening what’s underneath. This system works the other way: the trainer builds the strength, the video guide teaches you how, and together they target the muscles that are supposed to hold your posture up on their own — so the improvement is yours, not the hardware’s. Like any strength system, the results come from using it, not from owning the box.
5. Real Traction, No Spinal Stretching: Your Necky trainer’s resistance runs along the spine’s axis to counter the head’s own ~10 lb weight on the cervical spine — gentle decompression, not the tens-of-kilogram pull of clinical cervical spine traction devices that stretch the vertebrae apart. It’s the same relief your neck already gets lying down; the video guide teaches you to pair that relief with active strengthening, the same restorative techniques from the PNF sequences above.
