Yes. Bejoyland NECKY offers the full functionality of common neck stretchers — with added precision. You can set traction ranging from 1 to 10 lbs to safely stretch and decompress your neck. However, we don’t recommend limiting use to passive stretching alone, as it may further weaken neck muscles. For best results, combine static, dynamic, and PNF stretching with strengthening exercises to address the root causes of neck pain, stiffness, and cervical instability by improving muscle strength and mobility.
We understand how important hygiene is — especially when it comes to your face. The neck harness is made from washable webbing, so you can keep your training fresh and comfortable. Avoid machine washing or soaking the traction ribbon, as this may cause the scale sticker to peel off. Other components — such as cords, springs, and carabiners — should also be kept dry.
No. We intentionally avoid padding, as many people have neoprene allergies. We also want to make cleaning easier for you. Instead, the harness features an ergonomic design made from soft, breathable webbing — for comfortable and hygienic neck training.
